Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made through our Refund Request Form within the following time frames in order to be eligible for a full or partial refund.

If a refund request has been accepted, you will be refunded the amount as per the table above.

Participants who had deferred their registration from the year before are not eligible for any refund of the registration.

All processed refunds will be made via the original payment method you used during registration.

Please Note:
Any refund requests made after the dates aboves will not be accepted.

Deferral Policy

Deferral Requests must be made no later than 23:59 (11:59 p.m.) on Saturday, 11th July 2026. Deferral requests can be made by completing our Deferral Request Form.

If a deferral request has been accepted, you will be deferred to next year’s event.

Participants who decide to defer their entry forfeit any right for a full or partial refund.

The deferral may only be used once.

Category Change Policy

Category change requests must be made no later than 23:59 (11:59 p.m.) on Saturday, 11th July 2026. Distance/category change requests can be made by completing our Self Service Form.

If a category change request has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming the change.

Transfer Entry Policy

If you wish to transfer your entry to another participant you can do so via our Self Service Form.

Transfer entry requests must be made no later than 23:59 (11:59 p.m.) on Saturday, 11th July 2026.

If a transfer entry request has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming the change.
